 Registration Information

You must PRE-Register for the Workshops. We will not have staff available to allow registration at the door.

Each Registration will close on Friday at 4:00 p.m. before the Monday start- time of the workshop. Interest in these workshops is very high. We suggest you do not wait to register. Because we fill up so quickly, we have found it necessary to have a 48 hour cancellation policy in place.

48 Hour Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation for a full refund, provided we are notified, in writing, at least 48 hours prior to the start of the conference. If we are not notified, in writing, at least 48 hours prior to the start of the conference, you will be charged the full reservation price for an attendee (if you fax your cancellation request, please call to make sure we have received it).

You will not be guaranteed a seat unless you have pre-registered and your name appears on the registration list at the “check-in” table on the day of the conference.
