Returns, Previews and Duplicate Order Policy
GF Educators, Inc. has a NO RETURN policy. Our books are shipped via UPS. If you receive an order that is damaged upon receipt, you should contact UPS and file a claim. They will contact us and ask us to replace the books. Once UPS has contacted us, we will ship the replacement books. If you contact us directly instead of contacting UPS, it will not shorten the cycle. We no longer offer a preview of our materials. Sample books are available. Based on the demand for samples, there could be a delay in shipping while we await books from printing. We are not responsible for duplicate orders. If we receive your order twice we will fill it twice. Please ensure printed information is clearly written on the form especially Purchase Order numbers as faxing has a tendency to make some forms hard to read.
